EMSEAL Factory Lead Times For Infrastructure & Civil Expansion Joints

EMSEAL is committed to making custom-assembled orders fast. Our goal is to ensure that the right product, in the right size, gets to the project in a timeframe that is in sync. with the construction schedule:

Average lead times:
BEJS and DSM SYSTEM products* are averaging 4.5 business days ex-factory after receipt of all information enabling work to proceed.

*double-sided coated products, DSF-DS, CHEMSEAL-DS, are running about 2 additional business days ex-factory.

EMSHIELD DFR2 which is a fire-rated, watertight, trafficable system is running 7.0 business days ex-factory after receipt of all information enabling work to proceed. The New EMSHIELD WFR2 fire-rated, watertight, energy-efficient system is running 7.0 business days ex-factory.

CHEMSEAL which is provides a watertight seal with a chemical-resistant coating and the DSF SYSTEM  which provides a watertight seal with an NSF-compliant coating are running 7.0 days ex-factory.
